24 Mar 2010 For our March Special Assembly the whole school performed the play 'Eddie the Penguin saves the world'. Eddie notices his iceberg is melting and he travels the globe telling humans just how they can help to save the world;by turning off lights, recycling rubbish, walking to school and growing trees.

1 Mar 2010 The children learnt about the Hindu spring festival of Holi through a workshop from Deed. After listening to a story about Prahlad, they made Holi cards, painted T-shirts, cooked Coconut biscuits and tie - dyed some handkerchiefs.

10 Feb 2010 Every child had a speaking part in February's Special Assembly.They wrote their own plays,and then designed and made the puppets and scenery.

18 Jan 2010 The children were enthralled as they watched Joe Fane Gladwin's paper puppet play, Aladdin. Afterwards they had the opportunity to make their own theatres and puppets.

9 Dec 2009 At our Christmas Special Assembly this year, some children sang carols and played their musical instruments as well as the whole school participating in our play 'Ralph the Reindeer'.
